Interview with Cari Lekebusch

1. What the reason, that you start working with electronic music ?
As a young kid i was growing up, prefering mainly electronic music sounds.
I really cant figure out why i rather listen to a synthesizer, than a
guitar for example or a flute. And when i started to get my own music
equipments, i got drum machines, audio processors and synths o create the sound i wanted.

2. What you listening at home ?
Allmost every style there is, thats the beaty of music i think. Just like anything
else, its the variety and the many choices that are one of the best things in life.


3.Do you have kids ?
No, i havent got any yet, but i really hope so in the future.


4. Did you ever been in Croatia, if yes, then where ?
Many times since the first time around 99 i think. Last time i was in Zagreb,
at the Boogaloo club. Ive been twice to that club and both times where exellent.


5. What do you think about future of electronic music ?
It is for sure the main music of the future, since it enables allmost
everybody to create music all by themselves. Especially nowadays, as you only need a
personal computer or a MAC.


6. Your best moment in your music career ?
I guess that has to be the first times travelling to another country
to perform my music and DJ. I went to Germany, France and Finland.
And i also started to work with a DJ agency. It felt like things where
finally moving along for my career as a Producer & DJ.

9. What do you think about legalizing marihuana ?
HAHA i never got a question like this! Different questions can be fun.
I think probaly all organic material, inkluding Marihuana should be
legalized. If you make something illegal it only makes the young
generation more curious, and they will have a harder time to
understand things like alcohol & Marihuana for example.


10. What is your message for visitors of Pitch Control.org and Croatian fans of electronic music ?
Dont believe everything you hear or see, allways question news and sources of information
and listen to your soul as well as your friends and family. Think before speaking is
allways a good one as well ;) Thats why email inteviews are good. As an artist yo get
more time to think about your anwers and it will create more content.

11. one more question please, your day of birth ?
i was born 01:00 in the night on January the 7th, 1972. Starsign is Capricorn
and i prefer the late evenings and the late mornings. Between 11:00 until 03:00
is my personal best time :)
